AESKULISA Prothrombin-GM, insan serumunda protrombin IgG ve/veya IgM karşı antikorların kantitatif ve kalitatif tespiti için, doğal insan protrombini (Factor II) kullanan, bir enzim immunoassay(ELISA) testidir. Bu test, anti-fosfolipid sendromu (APS) tanısına yardımcıdır.
